Eugeniusz Wawrzyniak
Eugeniusz Wawrzyniak was born in 1962 in Poznan, Poland. In 1988 he graduated from the Musical Academy of Poznan, Poland, with honours. He studied in prof. Romuald SROCZYNSKI’s organ class. He has been living in Belgium since 1989 and he continued his development at the Royal Conservatory in Liège and in Brussels.

He has performed in Germany, the Netherlands, France, Belgium, Spain, Sweden, Luxembourg, USA and Poland – e.g. at International Festival of Chamber and Organ Music in Kamien Pomorski, Poland, International Festival of Organ Music in Gdansk – Oliwia, Poland and Staromiejskie Koncerty Organowe (Old City Organ Concerts) in Poznan, Poland. He recorded music for the Belgian radio station ‘Radio 3’ and Polish Radio. He also cooperates with Philharmonic Society in Poznan, Poland. Some of these concerts he gives with his wife Agnieszka BES – WAWRZYNIAK – violon and with his son Adam WAWRZYNIAK – violon.

Since 1990 he has been working as an organist at Notre Dame de Miséricorde church in Charleroi, Belgium. He also teaches piano and organ at Atélier Musical de Manage. As the President of Musical Association « CONCERTO » in Charleroi, he is involved in cultural life in Wallonia, organising organ, choral and chamber music concerts as «Automne Musical de Marchienne» festival (Musical Autumn in Marchienne).
